Hurricane Response

In the unfortunate event a hurricane impacts our clients, Estate Landscaping will be there to make sure our customers return to normal quickly.

Customer Only Service:

Estate Landscaping performs hurricane cleanup services for our customers only! We do not use these events for outside sales opportunities. Our customers come first.

Pre-Authorization Process:

All customers are encouraged to sign a pre-authorization hurricane cleanup form each calendar year. This document details the cost for labor, equipment depending upon the need and severity of damage. It authorizes Estate to arrive at your property as soon as it is safe to do so and begin the cleanup process. We give our customers peace of mind knowing they need not worry about when their property will be cleaned up.

Partnership with Triple J Grassing:

In the event of a hurricane, Estate will utilize the full labor force of our sister company Triple J Grassing, who along with Estate will work hand in hand to deliver the service our customers deserve.

One on One Communication:

If a hurricane strikes our account managers will be in touch immediately before and after it happens. We will walk through your property while our crews are working to determine a step by step cleanup process and timeline according to severity. Your safety is what counts.

“We just signed up for a variety of you services. Charlie Hemelgarn, your landscape staff and Client Support Services have been terrific. Our property has never looked better. We look forward to a long and successful relationship. Thank you for your great services.”
